Shipping policy

We ship all orders within 24-48 hours, Monday-Friday. Your orders are shipped via Royal Mail, on their Tracked 48 hour service as standard. This will be free for orders over £70, or cost £3.45 for orders under £70.

We also offer a quicker shipping service for those wishing to receive their order sooner, this will cost £6.95 which will be on a Tracked 24 hour service via Royal Mail.

We currently only ship within the UK.

If you haven’t received your order 5 days after you receive your dispatch email, please contact us at hello@crabapplekids.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail.
